All services offered by Wisdom Crafters Innovations are non-tangible and non-returnable. Once a service has been initiated, delivered, or partially executed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Wisdom Crafters Innovations are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website development services

• Mobile application development

• Custom software, ERP, and CRM solutions

• Branding, design, and creative services

• Digital marketing, SEO, and advertising services

• AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions

• Consultation, setup fees, and milestone payments

Since our services involve time, expertise, resources, and customized execution, refunds are not possible once work has commenced.

Project Scope & Agreement

Before starting any project, the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to review all details carefully before making any payment.

Service Issues & Support

If you face any concerns regarding service delivery, performance, or quality, we are committed to resolving them professionally.
We offer support, revisions (as per agreement), and issue resolution, but this does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations after payment will not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the stage of completion. Any completed work up to the cancellation point remains chargeable.
